Using the zip or rar file 1.Download AudioVideo.dll
2.Extract AudioVideo.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AudioVideo.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AudioVideo.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AudioVideo.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AudioVideo.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AudioVideo.dll and press Enter.
