Using the zip or rar file
1.Download acexchrc.dll
2.Extract acexchrc.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract acexchrc.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting acexchrc.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract acexchrc.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place acexchrc.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 acexchrc.dll and press Enter.
