Using the zip or rar file 1.Download amtlib(2).dll
2.Extract amtlib(2).dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract amtlib(2).dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting amtlib(2).dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract amtlib(2).dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place amtlib(2).dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 amtlib(2).dll and press Enter.
