Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AVSVPXCodec.dll
2.Extract AVSVPXCodec.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AVSVPXCodec.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AVSVPXCodec.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AVSVPXCodec.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AVSVPXCodec.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AVSVPXCodec.dll and press Enter.
