Using the zip or rar file
1.Download avsetup.dll
2.Extract avsetup.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract avsetup.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting avsetup.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract avsetup.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place avsetup.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 avsetup.dll and press Enter.
