Using the zip or rar file 1.Download ATQueryRes.dll
2.Extract ATQueryRes.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ATQueryRes.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ATQueryRes.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ATQueryRes.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ATQueryRes.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ATQueryRes.dll and press Enter.
