Using the zip or rar file 1.Download AUTClmIS.dll
2.Extract AUTClmIS.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AUTClmIS.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AUTClmIS.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AUTClmIS.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AUTClmIS.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AUTClmIS.dll and press Enter.
