Using the zip or rar file 1.Download acdb16frares.dll
2.Extract acdb16frares.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract acdb16frares.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting acdb16frares.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract acdb16frares.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place acdb16frares.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 acdb16frares.dll and press Enter.
