Using the zip or rar file 1.Download afLteDownlinkPlugin.dll
2.Extract afLteDownlinkPlugin.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract afLteDownlinkPlugin.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting afLteDownlinkPlugin.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract afLteDownlinkPlugin.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place afLteDownlinkPlugin.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 afLteDownlinkPlugin.dll and press Enter.
