Using the zip or rar file 1.Download ARKCmdFS.dll
2.Extract ARKCmdFS.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ARKCmdFS.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ARKCmdFS.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ARKCmdFS.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ARKCmdFS.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ARKCmdFS.dll and press Enter.
