Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AdminFIN.dll
2.Extract AdminFIN.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AdminFIN.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AdminFIN.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AdminFIN.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AdminFIN.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AdminFIN.dll and press Enter.
