Using the zip or rar file
1.Download app2spti.dll
2.Extract app2spti.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract app2spti.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting app2spti.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract app2spti.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place app2spti.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 app2spti.dll and press Enter.
