Using the zip or rar file
1.Download as2stubie.dll
2.Extract as2stubie.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract as2stubie.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting as2stubie.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract as2stubie.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place as2stubie.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 as2stubie.dll and press Enter.
