Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AcCommandToolTips.resources.dll
2.Extract AcCommandToolTips.resources.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AcCommandToolTips.resources.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AcCommandToolTips.resources.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AcCommandToolTips.resources.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AcCommandToolTips.resources.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AcCommandToolTips.resources.dll and press Enter.
