Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Alienlabs.UpgradeService.dll
2.Extract Alienlabs.UpgradeService.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Alienlabs.UpgradeService.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Alienlabs.UpgradeService.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Alienlabs.UpgradeService.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Alienlabs.UpgradeService.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Alienlabs.UpgradeService.dll and press Enter.
