Using the zip or rar file 1.Download AppCenter.dll
2.Extract AppCenter.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AppCenter.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AppCenter.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AppCenter.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AppCenter.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AppCenter.dll and press Enter.
