Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Axd4TLLITMSIConverter.dll
2.Extract Axd4TLLITMSIConverter.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Axd4TLLITMSIConverter.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Axd4TLLITMSIConverter.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Axd4TLLITMSIConverter.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Axd4TLLITMSIConverter.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Axd4TLLITMSIConverter.dll and press Enter.
