Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CertMng.dll
2.Extract CertMng.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CertMng.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CertMng.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CertMng.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CertMng.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CertMng.dll and press Enter.
