Using the zip or rar file 1.Download aswcmnb.dll
2.Extract aswcmnb.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract aswcmnb.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting aswcmnb.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract aswcmnb.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place aswcmnb.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 aswcmnb.dll and press Enter.
