Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AM2Utils.dll
2.Extract AM2Utils.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AM2Utils.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AM2Utils.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AM2Utils.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AM2Utils.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AM2Utils.dll and press Enter.
