Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ASN1Viewer.dll
2.Extract ASN1Viewer.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ASN1Viewer.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ASN1Viewer.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ASN1Viewer.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ASN1Viewer.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ASN1Viewer.dll and press Enter.
