Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AT8Sup.dll
2.Extract AT8Sup.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AT8Sup.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AT8Sup.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AT8Sup.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AT8Sup.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AT8Sup.dll and press Enter.
