Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AVSOGMFile.dll
2.Extract AVSOGMFile.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AVSOGMFile.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AVSOGMFile.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AVSOGMFile.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AVSOGMFile.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AVSOGMFile.dll and press Enter.
