Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AgentCharge.dll
2.Extract AgentCharge.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AgentCharge.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AgentCharge.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AgentCharge.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AgentCharge.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AgentCharge.dll and press Enter.
