Using the zip or rar file
1.Download acpmmgr.dll
2.Extract acpmmgr.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract acpmmgr.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting acpmmgr.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract acpmmgr.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place acpmmgr.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 acpmmgr.dll and press Enter.
