Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ACTR36C.dll
2.Extract ACTR36C.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ACTR36C.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ACTR36C.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ACTR36C.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ACTR36C.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ACTR36C.dll and press Enter.
