Using the zip or rar file
1.Download APSMS.WinFormsUI.Docking.dll
2.Extract APSMS.WinFormsUI.Docking.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract APSMS.WinFormsUI.Docking.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting APSMS.WinFormsUI.Docking.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract APSMS.WinFormsUI.Docking.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place APSMS.WinFormsUI.Docking.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 APSMS.WinFormsUI.Docking.dll and press Enter.
