Using the zip or rar file 1.Download ASMpeg1EncPro.dll
2.Extract ASMpeg1EncPro.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ASMpeg1EncPro.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ASMpeg1EncPro.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ASMpeg1EncPro.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ASMpeg1EncPro.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ASMpeg1EncPro.dll and press Enter.
