Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AXGUI20.dll
2.Extract AXGUI20.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AXGUI20.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AXGUI20.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AXGUI20.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AXGUI20.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AXGUI20.dll and press Enter.
