Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AccountReport.dll
2.Extract AccountReport.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AccountReport.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AccountReport.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AccountReport.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AccountReport.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AccountReport.dll and press Enter.
