Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AxMahJongReaderFrameworkUCtrl.dll
2.Extract AxMahJongReaderFrameworkUCtrl.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AxMahJongReaderFrameworkUCtrl.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AxMahJongReaderFrameworkUCtrl.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AxMahJongReaderFrameworkUCtrl.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AxMahJongReaderFrameworkUCtrl.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AxMahJongReaderFrameworkUCtrl.dll and press Enter.
