Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ai15fplaydd.dll
2.Extract ai15fplaydd.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ai15fplaydd.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ai15fplaydd.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ai15fplaydd.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ai15fplaydd.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ai15fplaydd.dll and press Enter.
