Using the zip or rar file 1.Download aw24hf9d.dll
2.Extract aw24hf9d.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract aw24hf9d.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting aw24hf9d.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract aw24hf9d.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place aw24hf9d.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:

9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
