Using the zip or rar file
1.Download APDLParamsAppletU.dll
2.Extract APDLParamsAppletU.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract APDLParamsAppletU.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting APDLParamsAppletU.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract APDLParamsAppletU.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place APDLParamsAppletU.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 APDLParamsAppletU.dll and press Enter.
