Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ASTR15S.dll
2.Extract ASTR15S.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ASTR15S.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ASTR15S.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ASTR15S.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ASTR15S.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ASTR15S.dll and press Enter.
