Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AVSourceFilter.dll
2.Extract AVSourceFilter.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AVSourceFilter.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AVSourceFilter.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AVSourceFilter.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AVSourceFilter.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AVSourceFilter.dll and press Enter.
