Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Access97Designer.dll
2.Extract Access97Designer.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Access97Designer.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Access97Designer.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Access97Designer.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Access97Designer.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Access97Designer.dll and press Enter.
