Using the zip or rar file
1.Download amactionsscrmgr.dll
2.Extract amactionsscrmgr.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract amactionsscrmgr.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting amactionsscrmgr.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract amactionsscrmgr.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place amactionsscrmgr.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 amactionsscrmgr.dll and press Enter.
