Using the zip or rar file 1.Download awhprobedll.dll
2.Extract awhprobedll.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract awhprobedll.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting awhprobedll.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract awhprobedll.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place awhprobedll.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 awhprobedll.dll and press Enter.
