Using the zip or rar file 1.Download ABRstsr.dll
2.Extract ABRstsr.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ABRstsr.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ABRstsr.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ABRstsr.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ABRstsr.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ABRstsr.dll and press Enter.
