Using the zip or rar file
1.Download annotationcplu.ni.dll
2.Extract annotationcplu.ni.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract annotationcplu.ni.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting annotationcplu.ni.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract annotationcplu.ni.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place annotationcplu.ni.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 annotationcplu.ni.dll and press Enter.
