Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BPLib.Resources.dll 9.00.1399.00
2.Extract BPLib.Resources.dll 9.00.1399.00 from .zip. We recommend that you extract BPLib.Resources.dll 9.00.1399.00 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BPLib.Resources.dll 9.00.1399.00.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BPLib.Resources.dll 9.00.1399.00 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BPLib.Resources.dll 9.00.1399.00 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BPLib.Resources.dll 9.00.1399.00 and press Enter.
