Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Borland.Together.Util.dll 7.1.1446.610
2.Extract Borland.Together.Util.dll 7.1.1446.610 from .zip. We recommend that you extract Borland.Together.Util.dll 7.1.1446.610 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Borland.Together.Util.dll 7.1.1446.610.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Borland.Together.Util.dll 7.1.1446.610 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Borland.Together.Util.dll 7.1.1446.610 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Borland.Together.Util.dll 7.1.1446.610 and press Enter.
