Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BpaCmdX.Resources.dll 9.00.1399.00
2.Extract BpaCmdX.Resources.dll 9.00.1399.00 from .zip. We recommend that you extract BpaCmdX.Resources.dll 9.00.1399.00 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BpaCmdX.Resources.dll 9.00.1399.00.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BpaCmdX.Resources.dll 9.00.1399.00 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BpaCmdX.Resources.dll 9.00.1399.00 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BpaCmdX.Resources.dll 9.00.1399.00 and press Enter.
