Using the zip or rar file
1.Download bpacmd.Resources.dll 2005.090.1399.00
2.Extract bpacmd.Resources.dll 2005.090.1399.00 from .zip. We recommend that you extract bpacmd.Resources.dll 2005.090.1399.00 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting bpacmd.Resources.dll 2005.090.1399.00.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract bpacmd.Resources.dll 2005.090.1399.00 to your system directory. By default, this is:

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place bpacmd.Resources.dll 2005.090.1399.00 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
