Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BWSS001.dll
2.Extract BWSS001.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BWSS001.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BWSS001.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BWSS001.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BWSS001.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BWSS001.dll and press Enter.
