Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BankLibrary.dll
2.Extract BankLibrary.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BankLibrary.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BankLibrary.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BankLibrary.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BankLibrary.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BankLibrary.dll and press Enter.
