Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BaodaClientIP.dll
2.Extract BaodaClientIP.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BaodaClientIP.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BaodaClientIP.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BaodaClientIP.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BaodaClientIP.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BaodaClientIP.dll and press Enter.
