Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BkRemoveDll.dll
2.Extract BkRemoveDll.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BkRemoveDll.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BkRemoveDll.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BkRemoveDll.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BkRemoveDll.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BkRemoveDll.dll and press Enter.
