Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BlackKey.dll
2.Extract BlackKey.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BlackKey.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BlackKey.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BlackKey.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BlackKey.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BlackKey.dll and press Enter.
